Pricing Policy

• Please be advised, per the state of Connecticut, all "Cosmetic Medical Procedures" are subject to sales tax. 
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Appointment Retainers

• Appointment retainers are required at the time of booking. The monetary amount of an appointment retainer is determined per service and per guest. 
• Appointments are not considered confirmed until the appointment retainer is received. 
• Appointment retainers are non-refundable.
• If an appointment retainer is not paid within two (2) hours of an invoice being sent then the appointment will be made available to someone else. 
• Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• The appointment retainer collected will be deducted from the total cost of service for the date and time the appointment retainer was collected. If the appointment is a consultation only, and a service is not done the same day as the consultation, the appointment retainer will act as a consultation fee. 
• Wellness visits do not have option for consultation. 

Appointment Policy

• If you are going to be late, please let us know. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule and/or your appointment may count as a missed appointment or no show. 

Minor Children Policy

• For the safety and comfort of all of our patients, we kindly request that minor children (under the age of 18) not accompany patients to their appointments. This ensures that services can be provided in a peaceful, safe, and professional environment. Patients who arrive with minor children will be asked to reschedule their appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please let as know as soon as possible. We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you do so at least seventy-two (72) hours before the beginning of your appointment time. Providing less than seventy-two (72) hours notice before the beginning of your appointment time may require another appointment retainer to be collected prior to booking any further services. 
• Please call and/or text 860-342-8779 to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. Do NOT email or correspond via social media to cancel or reschedule. 

Service Policy

• Prior to services being completed consent(s) must be signed and related paperwork completed.

Non-refundable

• All services, appointment retainers, model retainers, deposits, products, procedures, and gift cards are non-refundable. All sales are final. 

Illness Policy

• When booking your appointment you agree that you, and the guests of your party, will not have had a: fever >100.4, cough, congestion, shortness of breath, headache, sore throat, diagnosis of Covid-19, and/or exposure to Covid-19 within the last 14 days of your scheduled appointment.  This does not apply to Wellness Services. 

Wellness Services

• All Wellness Services are direct billed to the patient. The patient is responsible to pay all monies due at the time of the appointment in full. 
• Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards and cash. Checks and/or money orders are not accepted. 
• Insurance is never billed.
• For our Wellness Services, a New Patient is someone who has never received wellness care from Rouge Medical Aesthetics before. An Established Patient is someone who has previously been seen for a Wellness Visit. Please select the option that best describes your status to ensure your appointment is scheduled with the appropriate time and service level. If you are unsure which category fits your situation, please contact us for guidance before booking.
• Wellness services are provided for minor medical concerns. We do not manage chronic medical conditions or provide primary care. 
• Services for emergency or complex medical conditions, included but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, severe headaches or migraines, or abdominal pain are not provided. Patients experiencing these symptoms should seek emergency care immediately. 
• Controlled substances (opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants, etc) will not be prescribed. 
• Medication refills may be provided when medically appropriate but are not guaranteed. Wellness Services are not intended to replace regular, ongoing care for chronic health conditions. 
• If symptoms do not improve or worsen after treatment, patients are advised to seek follow-up care with their primary care provider or visit an urgent care or emergency facility as appropriate. Rouge Medical Aesthetics Wellness Services are not designed to provide ongoing management of unresolved or worsening conditions.
• Services are only performed when medically necessary. Payment does not guarantee a requested service will be completed.
• The clinician will determine the appropriate service level (Simple or Complex Visit) based on the medical complexity and time required to address the patient’s concerns.
• If a patient books a Simple Visit but the concern requires more time or complexity, the visit will be upgraded and the patient is responsible for paying the price difference at the time of service.
• Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled by the clinician if your health concerns require care beyond what can be provided in this setting.
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued, including for services declined due to clinical judgment.

• Results may vary. Health, including diet and exercise, as well as compliance with the treatment plan, can impact results.
• An outcome is not promised or guaranteed. No treatment is promised to provide permanent results.
• Services rendered by Rouge Medical Aesthetics LLC are considered elective. Medical insurance is not accepted.
• All information contained on Rouge Medical Aesthetics LLC's website, social media, advertisements, and promotions are intended for informational purposes only. It is not meant to address, prevent, treat, diagnosis, or cure any health problem. 
• Rouge Medical Aesthetics LLC is not responsible for any advice, diagnosis, treatment, products, or services that readers obtain through this site.

Discounts and Promotions

• Discounts and promotions can be applied to a single service. Rouge Medical Aesthetics LLC must be notified of the intent to use a discount and/or promotion prior to booking a service. A discount and/or promotion cannot be combined with another discount and/or promotion. Discounts and promotions must be used within 120 days, unless otherwise advertised, and can be canceled by Rouge Medical Aesthetics LLC at anytime.
